The Shelton Economic Development Corporation has developed many services to better

SEDC Leadership: A Dynamic Board of Directors
The Shelton Economic Development Corporation comprises of a diverse board of
over 50 volunteer directors of which twelve hold seats on the
Executive Board. Its staff includes a President, James E. Ryan, and two part-time
employees. The
Executive Board meets monthly with the President. The board, which is elected
at the annual meeting, consists of between ten and sixty members representing
a cross section of the Shelton community. The boards members come from many diverse
groups including; municipal government, private lending institutions,
manufacturing, trade associations, retail businesses, agriculture, utilities
and many more.
